Summary:

Responsible for keying all sales completed by our Door-to-Door sales channel which includes retrieving order information, keying all pertinent customer information into our CRM, scheduling, and customer follow up as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Receive orders from all DTD sales agents that are located throughout our various markets.  Orders will be received via email.  Key orders into our CRM/Billing platform, relay changes to customers as needed
  • Keep DTD sales agents abreast of their individual order status
  • Receives and attempts to reschedule any missed installations related to Door-to-Door sales
  • Assists with E-Commerce orders that may come in after hours
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education:

High school diploma and relevant work experience

Experience/Skills Needed:

  • Ability to articulate and communicate to internal and occasionally external customers
  • Must be highly organized, flexible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Ability to work beyond normal business hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary

Computer Skills:

Requires thorough working knowledge of MS Excel and MS word. Requires exceptional keyboarding skills and the ability to learn and then navigate through complex CRM/Billing platform

While performing the duties of this job the employee must be able to work outdoors in mid-western climates and is regularly required to drive, sit, stand, and walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; use vision to adjust focus to close and distant objects; be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs., e.g., boxes of sales and marketing materials, display objects, etc.

  • Regularly required to talk and hear
  • Required to use hands to type, handle objects and paperwork
  • Required to reach and hold on to items at chest level or reach above the shoulder
  • Required to use close vision and be able to focus
  • Ability to work beyond normal business hours including evenings up to 9 pm, weekends and holidays as necessary
  • Must be able to work in inclement weather
  • While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to have and maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets the standards of our insurance company
