Description
ITC Capital Partners is seeking a Financial Analyst to support multiple entities with the ITC family of companies. 
 

Position assists corporate management and all operating markets in preparing annual budgets, evaluating monthly operating results and assisting in the development of the strategic and financial direction of the company.  Role is key contributor in the ongoing efforts to enhance the financial planning process and internal management reporting.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Director of FP&A in the planning process including preparation of financial assumptions, budget input templates, management reports, and the development and maintenance of three-year business model.
  • Administers and oversees quarterly forecast process and assist management in evaluating those results.
  • Assists accounting organization with evaluation of operating results and actual vs. budget analysis.  Position is also responsible for providing the accounting organization with monthly customer metric reporting.
  • Preparation of monthly management reporting including, statistical reports, financial and operating results, and publication of management reports.  Position will also be responsible for distribution of requested reports to operations that assist in managing each business unit.  Also provides ad hoc reporting to management as needed.
  •  Assist in preparation of Board of Directors reporting for quarterly board meetings and assists in the pre-publication audit of other quarterly and yearly external reporting.
  •  Position is the administrator of the Business Performance Management system.  Responsibilities include user maintenance, GL data uploads, organizational structure   maintenance and other daily and monthly processing requirements.  Will also work with outside consultants to make system enhancements on an as needed basis.
  • Assists Director, Financial Planning & Analysis and CFO as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

B.S in Accounting or Finance; prefer 3-5 years of financial management reporting experience; strong analytical decision-making skills; organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to handle complex issues independently; and proficient computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point).  Experience working with a Business Performance Management system (e.g., Oracle, IBM TM1/Cognos or similar platform) is desirable.
