Summary:

The Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations & Analytics ensures Point Broadband’s marketing engine runs with accuracy, efficiency, and accountability. This role owns campaign tracking and attribution, manages and optimizes the MarTech stack, and delivers reporting that guides marketing and business decisions. In partnership with Finance and Product Marketing, this role also supports pricing and promotional analysis and provides leadership across agency reporting and performance audits.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Campaign Tracking & Attribution – Build, manage, and audit campaign tracking frameworks to ensure accurate lead flow and attribution across channels.
  • Marketing Reporting & Insights – Develop and deliver dashboards and reports on campaign performance, customer acquisition, retention, ARPU, and ROI to leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Marketing Technology Ownership – Oversee marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, and related tools, lead configuration, optimization, and adoption across the marketing team.
  • Automation & Workflow Optimization – Drive automation strategies that improve lead flow, nurture programs, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Pricing & Promotional Analysis Support – Partner with Product Marketing and Finance to analyze pricing tests, promotional strategy effectiveness, and customer adoption trends.
  • Agency & Vendor Reporting Oversight – Audit and align agency reporting with internal standards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with Performance Marketing, Brand Communications, Sales, and Analytics teams to ensure cohesive reporting and data-driven decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement – Stay current with MarTech trends and recommend tools, processes, or methodologies to improve marketing performance and measurement.

Key Strengths and Experience:

  • Analytical & Data-Driven – Strong ability to translate complex marketing and financial data into actionable insights.
  • MarTech Expert – Skilled in marketing automation, CRM, campaign management, and reporting tools.
  • Detail-Oriented Operator – Ensures accuracy and reliability in tracking, attribution, and reporting.
  • Collaborative Business Partner – Comfortable working with Finance, Sales, Product Marketing, and agencies.
  • 8–10 years in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong background in campaign attribution, lead flow management, and performance reporting.
  • Experience in telecom, broadband, subscription services, or other high-volume customer acquisition industries a plus.
