Summary:

The Director of Brand & Marketing Communications leads Point Broadband’s brand, product, and go-to-market communications strategy. This leader oversees brand messaging, creative development, product positioning, promotional strategy, research, and organic/earned media. Partnering closely with Performance Marketing, Field Marketing, and Sales, this role ensures Point Broadband shows up consistently and effectively across all channels to drive brand affinity, customer engagement, and product adoption.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Own brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and creative direction across all channels.
  • Lead development and execution of go-to-market strategies for product launches, pricing, and promotions.
  • Oversee brand/awareness media planning in collaboration with Field Marketing and Performance Marketing teams.
  • Guide product marketing efforts including speed tier adoption strategies and ARPU growth initiatives.
  • Lead customer and competitive research to inform brand, product, and communications strategies.
  • Manage content, organic social and earned media programs to strengthen engagement and advocacy.
  • Partner with sales and field teams to ensure consistent and compelling customer-facing communications.
  • Develop and mentor a team of (2) communications and product marketing managers.

Key Strengths and Experience:

  • Strong background in integrated marketing communications, brand strategy, or product marketing.
  • Proven experience leading go-to-market campaigns that drive measurable brand and business outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker with strong creative sensibility and storytelling skills.
  • Collaborative leader who excels at cross-functional alignment and team development.
  • Experience: 10–12+ years (brand strategy, integrated marketing communications, product marketing leadership).
