Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Summary:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on HR initiatives and helping to implement people strategies that align with company goals.
- Lead and support talent management programs, including recruitment, employee development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
- Participate in performance management processes, ensuring that they are aligned with organizational objectives and drive high performance across teams.
- Work closely with HR leadership to design and implement employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and productive work culture.
- Partner with business units to identify training needs and provide solutions to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Provide HR metrics and data analysis to leadership, helping to drive decision-making in areas such as staffing, compensation, and workforce planning.
- Lead organizational development efforts, including supporting change management initiatives and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and best practices in all HR activities.
- Utilize data to track key HR KPIs (e.g., turnover, time-to-fill, engagement scores) and provide actionable insights that inform business and talent strategies.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Support leadership in fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture rooted in innovation, accountability, and service excellence.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of HR systems and tools, with experience using HRIS platforms and data analytics to inform decision-making.
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency with enterprise-level HRIS platforms for managing employee data, workflows, and reporting.
- Experience with ATS platforms for overseeing recruitment processes and metrics.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite , including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
