Summary:

The Marketing Analyst is responsible for assisting the Sales and Marketing Manager in compiling reports, analyzing market trends, creating marketing campaigns, content design, executing events for the market, and maintaining an inventory and directory of sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Monitor and review current campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase performance
  • Develop and oversee digital campaigns and measurement strategies for future growth
  • Create dashboards, campaign and performance reports, along with data visualizations for presentations
  • Monitoring and studying trends in digital media and marketing
  • Present and communicate this information to senior management, clients, and colleagues
  • Remain adaptive to market changes and improve future campaign performance
  • Development and maintenance of printed and/or digital marketing content for Salespeople and Managers
  • Mine and analyze data from Zoom Info and create targeted Prospect Lists to be furnished to the company’s Inside and Outside salespeople
  • Ability to research business opportunities and present ideas and findings to company management
  • Demonstrates knowledge of marketing solutions, strategy, and tools to be able to run advertising campaigns effectively
  • Advanced Excel skills in pivot tables, vlookup, formulas, and manipulating data to identify trends
  • Sound time management skills, high integrity to work independently as well as superior interpersonal skills to collaborate and work well with other team members
  • Exemplifies sound judgment and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality, and work efficiently to operate in a fast-paced, environment
  • Other duties as assigned

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Business Administration is preferred. Some field marketing experience preferred.

Experience/Skills Needed:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent follow through
  • Excellent project management skills, and proven ability to manage a large number of multiple priorities and projects

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven ability to write/edit a variety of marketing communication pieces including brochures, direct mail and other customer education/sales collateral and advertisements
  • Ability to work cross functionally and communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external audiences

Computer Skills:

Word processing, spreadsheets, internet software, email, database software, PowerPoint
