Summary:

The Manager of Product Marketing owns go-to-market strategy, pricing and promotional strategy, and product messaging for Point Broadband. This role translates customer insights into compelling positioning, supports adoption of speed tiers, and ensures product value is communicated consistently across channels. Working closely with Performance Marketing, Brand Communications, Field Marketing, and Sales, this role ensures customers understand, adopt, and remain loyal to Point Broadband’s products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for internet speed tiers and packages.
  • Lead development of pricing and promotional strategies in collaboration with CMO and Director.
  • Build go-to-market strategies for new product launches and upgrades.
  • Develop sales enablement and customer-facing tools that communicate product value.
  • Partner with analytics and research to monitor ARPU, adoption rates, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing to align product messaging with acquisition campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency of product and promotional messaging across channels and markets.

Key Strengths and Experience:

  • Experience in product marketing, telecom, broadband, or technology preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to connect product value to customer needs.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to inform pricing, positioning, and adoption strategies.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator across marketing, sales, and product functions.
  • Experience: 5–7 years (product marketing, pricing/promotions, go-to-market strategy).
